Due to personal/family considerations and community events I cannot take on as many custom orders as I have in the past. Thank you for your understanding.

COOKIE PRICES:

Standard sized cookies (around 3-4 inches) start at $5 per cookie or $60 per dozen. Prices can increase depending on amount of detail, number of designs per order, larger cookie size, and/or packaging.  Character or intricate designs start at $6 per cookie within a two dozen minimum order. Coordinating mini cookies start at $25 per dozen. Please fill out a request form to receive a price quote.

MINIMUM ORDERS:

There is a minimum order of two dozen cookies for standard and/or intricate cookies. You can add coordinating mini cookies by the dozen after the two dozen cookie minimum is met.  If you want minis only, there is a 4 dozen minimum required.

AVAILABILITY:

Please check my availability calendar to see if I can fill your custom order. My availability can change quickly, so the earlier you book, the better chance for custom cookies. I tend to book up quickly around major holidays and school graduations. You can order cookies far in advance and freeze them for future use. I can give you detailed instructions on how to do this, it's a great option if your preferred date is already booked!

PAYMENT:

After we communicate about your cookie designs and settle on a price, I will email you an invoice. Payment is due in full to reserve your order and pick up date. You can make payments with a credit/debit card through your invoice. Please contact me if you have any questions/concerns.

CANCELLATIONS:

Minimum of four weeks advance notice is needed in order to refund a cancelled order. I am happy to apply a credit to a future order instead of a refund as well. Exceptions to this rule will be assessed on a case by case basis.

COOKIE PICK UP/DELIVERY:

Cookie pick up is at my home in Rocklin, CA near Sierra College campus. Once you have reserved your order and paid in full, I will send you confirmation along with my address and direct contact information. Delivery is available only in the Rocklin/Roseville/Lincoln area for an additional $20 charge.
